Shippipe Bremen maintains high quality products and services. Procedures are clearly specified, materials and production processes are traceable and products are continuously improved. An internal quality management system is established and dedicated own personnel for quality control secures stable quality.
Germanischer Lloyd
The production facilities of Shippipe Bremen, machinery and related processes are approved by Germanischer Lloyd. Qualified personnel are working based on the rules and regulations of Germanischer Lloyd and other major classification societies.
Fabrication methods like cutting, bending, forming and welding are checked and approved for pipe Classes I, II, III so that even high pressure piping and steam piping systems are produced.Testing facilities for strength test, NDT (x-ray) are available in house.
Approval for Welding of Pipelines
TÜV / PED
Shippipe Bremen is approved for manufacturing and testing of pressure vessels and pipelines under the rules and regulations of the European Pressure Equipment Directive (PED).
German Navy
Shippipe Bremen is an approved maker for piping systems for the German Navy. Carbon steel, stainless steel, copper nickel and copper piping can be produced in accordance with the rules and regulations of the German Navy.
